"Whomever was working on the 5th on January at around noon, was absolutely not having a good day I guess. She was very rude to us. She barely spoke a single word I would have to ask her questions 3 times. She would just stare out the window and say nothing like we literally werent there. She threw our doughnuts all together in the same bag and all the icing came off. Yall need a manager in there when she's there because it was aweful."
"This store should close completely. I am new to Memphis and have been to this outlet about 5 times. Every time they run out of coffee, cream, no milk.....it sucks. No apology from employees working there. I am not a big fan of Starbucks but I had to go as this place lacks products and on top...the unacceptable service provided by the staff. Not sure if the owners or the management of this store read the feedback or reviews?"
