"As I walked into the business, I greeted them and they ignored me. I started to give my order and the person preparing it acted as though he was being bothered. I asked him to add more mayo to my order and he told me I need to make up my mind. I will not be returning."

"Always clean well stocked and the employees are very friendly and very polite. The food is always fresh, they make great sandwiches. This is our Subway of choice."

"I placed 2 separate App orders ($32+) on 12/1/23 and during pickup, the owner was giving me a hard time with verifying my order's phone number which was clearly an old number stored in the app. I offered to pull up app with order, present my driver's license and/or debit card but he declined and was extremely disrespectful. I told him throughout the exchange interaction ..."No worries this is my 1st & last time coming here." Clearly he eventually realized my driver's license and other offered ID would be acceptable to the Federal government. Plus he skimped on the ingredients. Make your own sandwiches before visiting this location."

"Why can't I give them zero stars??? They don't deserve a single one. I ordered our sandwiches at 10:54am through the app. The app said they would be ready at 11:10am. We got there right on time. I walked in and the lady didn't say hello, just "what's the name?" in a very rude tone. I give her my name and then she agreed for my phone number. I gave her my address code and she informed me that they didn't make our sandwiches because I have an out of state phone number and they get a lot of scams. I asked to see the phone number and she held up the recipe 5 feet away. I couldn't read it to confirm the number. She claims that she tried to call me to confirm the order, but that was a lie because I was in the car connected to Bluetooth. If she had called, I would have known. The sandwiches were paid for in advance so none of this makes any sense. I have ordered through the app many times at several locations in the area. This one is, by far, the absolute worst of any of them. The Hernando location on Commerce St is the best. We moved here about 4 years ago and I'm not going to change my phone number. She told me to stop yelling at her. I said that I'm not yelling and I'm sorry if I have a loud voice (I've been told this many times). We go back and forth a bit. Since I was there, she says she would make the sandwiches. I stepped outside because I was fuming! Two more customers go in and come out. I wait a bit and go back in. She still hasn't made our sandwiches. I just keep waiting. Two more employees walk in and still not making the sandwiches. Now some older guy comes in and starts telling me about the scams. I don't care, just make our sandwiches. Now the first lady tells me that there is more bread option for one of them so I tell her the Italian bread. Now the guy goes back to explaining why they didn't make the sandwiches. Again, I don't care. I told him that I have been there for 10 minutes and I'm not scamming them yet no one has started making our sandwiches. He said that the lady was the only one there. The inability to schedule staff properly is not my problem. Then, he tells me again that there is no bread option on the order. Again, I tell him that I want Italian bread. He says "we only have wheat." Seriously, then why are you asking me? I was literally standing in the location for 12 minutes before they even started making the sandwiches. Finally, after 15 minutes of driving there and 15 minutes of waiting, we finally got our sandwiches. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location."

"11/4/2023 we placed a online order for the BOGO and we ordered the Beast and it was the worst sub that I had ever ordered from Subway. This location needs to be closed and never reopened again. The employees are not professional, no one would answer the phone when I called with a question, come to find out that the had taken the business phone off the hook. I will never order from Subway again, especially this pitiful location. Don't waste your time nor money here."
