"I'm in the area quite often and love to see new businesses open up. I want to support this new store and have been to the location twice. Both times there were more workers than customers. The place was brand new on my first visit and the staff literally sat there doing nothing after I ordered. Finally, after 10 minutes they started to work on my order. I got my order almost 20 minutes after I placed it (remember there was no one in front of me). No condiments, no napkins, no "thank you" or "thanks for coming in". I left and my hamburger was literally thrown together and cold and my fries were hot but not cooked through and super greasy. Literally took 2 bites and threw it away. I'm a fat guy and will eat almost anything. It was inedible. I wanted to support the business and figured it was new so I tried it again. I went through the drive through. No greeting, so I finally just pulled around. The gal at the window was annoyed, but eventually took my order. Once again hamburger looked thrown together but this time it was also old and cold. The fries were very old, cold and greasy. I couldn't eat the fries but did actually eat 1/2 the burger before I decided to just cross the street and get food at McDonalds. The store is new and nice and I love Burger King, but this place is AWFUL!!! I feel bad for the new owners and boy does this place destroy the brand."
