"The young man at front cashier tried but the manager short black thick lady paid her lobby customers no mind. A customer wanted a refund for cold fries and after she gave them a refund she didn't even look at me or ask me have I been helped I stood in that lobby for 25 minutes straight. They don't deserve customers or at least they need a new manager day shift."

"This is the only fast food place I go to cause it’s right by my house and it used to have good service and good food. Lately, the food has been lacking and the customer service is going down the drain. There is one woman in particular- she’s there in the afternoons the times I’ve been recently- and she is plain rude. The first time, I chocked it up to having a bad day but she’s been snippy each time we’ve gone. I work in food service so I know how it is, but my goodness take a deep breath and quit being rude. And again, the food. They’ve gotten our order mixed up multiple times and this time I got shorted on some damn fries!! I haven’t taken a bite of the fries that are in the picture. Does this look like a large to you?"

"I ordered a Happy Meal using the app and my points. The kiosk took all my points but then wouldn’t let me place my order. I asked for the manager not once but twice the manager still never acknowledged me, then my dad who was with me said to a lady who came out are you the manager, she said yes, he informed her of the problem but instead of acknowledging me she just looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked away. I am still sitting here at the restaurant and not once did she acknowledge me a a human being, customer or anything! She just kept ignoring me as though I didn’t exist! You better bet I am going to call the organization in charge of this specific location and report this as well. No one deserves to be treated as though they aren’t there especially regarding a matter that was not of any fault of my own!!! Shame!"
