"McD's in Memphis, TN area have gone downhill with the McD's Experience. Promo displays are not maintained, managers are closing "dine-in" option, and by doing that, you can't stop-in, use the restroom, (which, those lobby's you can get in, the restrooms aren't maintained properly), and enjoy a sit-down lunch/dinner break. Sad"

I ordered a frappe paid 5 dollars plus and it look like slop and the employee insisted it was what was required. "I typically don’t eat at McDonald’s but I had to wait while my car got fixed. Walking through the interior gave off a cold business feeling with machines everywhere that will soon take away human jobs. I never believed that fast food restaurants could take on the amount of food they have to serve daily to continue serving real meat. Instead of ordering a McChicken I ordered a triple burger. It’s early in the morning and the food should be fresh but the quality of the food is a low bar and the company needs to do better. It was cold firstly, and the meat looked like something picked off the side of the road how flabby and uncooked it looked. The fries got cold in 5 seconds and the chicken nuggets looked like puss and grease how uncooked it was."

"(updated from 4 to 5 stars, just because male staff was such great character, friendly and helpful.) Quite good mcdonald's. Staff come and easy to understand. Helpful. Restaurant is pretty clean, could be better could be worse. Nice tables and seatings. Restrooms is alright. I really liked the interior. Looks good. And comfy."
