"Out of my years of customer service and thinking about the bad experiences I have had, this is the worst of em all. I wouldn't even tell Jesus to come to this place. No, seriously. I couldn't wait for my wedding to be over to write this. I 1st came in April I think just to look for a better deal. This review is going to be long so I'm just going to number the problems. Nothing good came from it. 1. Every time I came the 3 workers seemed very careless and gave me a bad vibe (and my fiancé and party members said the same for different dates). 2. The 1 who worked my wedding seemed very nervous and kept contradicting him self about how much the deposit would be and told me to tell my party to put down a deposit whenever they came without giving me a actual deadline. 3. I kept getting promised dates to recieve our suits that never happened. 4. They told me they was out of stock on our suits and somehow we end up getting (majority) of it. 5. 3 of my men shoes wasn't the same as I put on the paper. 6. My vest and tie wasn't suppose to be the same color as my groomsmen but it was. 7. I was told to pick up my stuff on a Thursday but got half that day and half the next day. There's more to it but I will end it there. In conclusion, I spoke with the district manager and he gave me his deepest apology and I appreciate that. That's why Suits U is getting just 1 star."
