"Watched 5 people get a table before us the hostesses then tells us it's a forty-five minute wait but there are 12 tables empty. Not only that the hostesses laughs when he says it. But that's no problem I'll take my money else where!"

"We were a party of 3, and we were seated in a reasonable time. We ordered and waited a while for our food. My companions got their spicy chicken sandwiches, but I didn't get my bacon ranch chicken sandwich until they were halfway through eating, and I asked where my food was. When I got it almost 10 minutes later, the server had to give me ranch dressing because the cook had left it off. Part of the bottom bun was rock hard, and I had to leave it."

"My main issue is I got my bottle beer after my food, when I ordered it before anything and usually you know you get a drink first. It kinda helps ensure you to sell a second drink. There wasn't really that many tables in there and a couple of people at the bar. So I don't really get why the bartender was taking so long opening a beer. The server was nice and the food was okay."

"My thing is no one's perfect if you mess up simply apologize and make it right. It's 7 of us. And our waitress is training someone(cool no problem). 1st mistake is not listening to her customers. 2nd she didn't write our orders down. She didn't repeat our orders to make sure she had everything right. She had other people bring our food out one by one. She didn't check to make sure everyone got their right orders. She didn't bring use any silverware or water. Now I usually tip extremely well. But she had an complete attitude.and tried to charge us for her mistake. Then my total was like 19.40, with 2.21 suggested tip is what was on the ticket. I gave her a 20.00 she say I owe her 2.21 so I gave her 2.00. She got mad cause I said it's suggested and she didn't deserve it. So she threatened to call the police and take it off someone else card. So I just gave her the 21 cents change. Now she is being disrespectfull to the person with the card talking mad crazy. Calling me out my name. Saying I'm the one that ate the food (because I'm plus size) now this pissed me off. I've never been treated so poorly at an establishment. It's just not fair for use to have to pay a tip for being treated so poorly."

"When on a Sunday evening. Wasn't that busy got seated in less than 5 mins. There was ant on a table but understandable since it is hot. Got moved to another table. Had Cana as our waitress. She was so nice and sweet. Food was good and hot. Didn't think to take a picture before eating, but was hungry. I always have a great experience when I come here. Definitely eat here again while in town."
