"Management needs an overhaul. 4 employees just chatting it up in front of the paint desk at 10:45am not helping. I only note this because I am patiently waiting for a manager. Manager (Tiffany) was unable to respond to a request for help from my customer service cashier in a timely manner at a slow time (10:45am on a Wednesday in February). When she did respond, she was unhelpful. Randy, her manager (Store Manager), while polite and courteous, was equally unhelpful in resolving my issue. Lowe's return policy also needs an overhaul. I am a higher volume customer as a home remodeler. Naturally, at the end of a project there will be items needed to return. No receipt? A merchandise credit will be issued, which is fine. Eventually, though, you will be put on a "he's returned too much stuff without a receipt, so he must be a thief," no-more-returns-allowed list. To the "suits" at Lowe's: adjust your silly returns algorithm and empower your upper management to care for customers. Remember the most important thing in customer service is how your customers *feel* when they walk out the door. Let me give you a clue: you're not the only home store in town. If you think it wise to alienate me as a customer, you do so at your own peril."

"We asked for help to get 3 heaters from the back around 5 pm. On a sat. Had several people ask if they could help, but we already had a manager and one other man helping. Manager came back after a few minutes and said the other guy will be out in about 4-5 min. With the heaters. We waited 10 more min. And then walked out without the heaters we needed. We were at the store for about 40 min. Total."

"My wife and I had driven everywhere and finally found the refrigerator we were looking for at this location. An associate named Aquarius helped us out with it and I just want to say that he was one of the friendliest and most helpful associates I've ever dealt with. He's the kind of person that helps a business grow long term. Thanks so much Aquarius!"

"We needed some new plank flooring for our home, we went to one Lowes but didn't find what we needed and couldn't find anyone to help us. So the next day we we decided to go to this Lowes on South Germantown Pkwy to see if they had any different selection and they did! We were greeted immediately by at least three different associates. When we finally made our selection, two associates came to help us. One named Erick showed me the selection for the matching transition to match the flooring. While Jacob (Bottom) helped ring up the transaction. They brought out our purchase to load it into our SUV, then one of the associates, Nick, that greeted earlier stop by to check on us to offer to help load. Everyone was so nice and eager to help and we found that very refreshing to have true customer service! We are Pro members and contractors so we do spend a large amount at Lowes! Kudos to the staff & management! We will be back!"

"The spring plants are in. Seeds are in as well. Really nice selection. We picked up some seeds and a few other things we needed. Checkout was fast. Store was clean and organized. Really nice to see."
