"We waited around 40 minutes or so for our 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns and when we finally got i Our order they forgot our jelly and one of our sandwiches, so had to wait an additional 10 mins or so... You would think drive-thru people would be courteous enough to think about the fact that your trying to drive thru and get food to-go real quick. Such a simple task but yet people are just that dumb and selfish... multiple drive-thrus are like that nowadays but McDonald's is one of the worse no fail. I honestly wish they would all go out of business. Would make my life easier not to have to worry about if I might be served correctly for once."

"At the drive-through, I was greeted with a smiling voice. (It's hard and uncommon in the city.) I was a little taken back by the amount I had spent, so I made a terrible joke. Rather than making me feel bad, the young man obliged with a joke. I felt much better even though my joke was in poor taste. He made a joke, and we both laughed. At that moment, I knew I was dealing with a professional. Kareem is not only friendly but punctual and diligent. He doesn't deserve to be at the window. He needs to be promoted or given a pay increase where he'd be making double. The fact of the matter is this is the way every McDonald's employee should be trained. Kareem ought to be in the next commercial."

"I was served raw food, unsalted fries, and they have an unprofessional division of workers and their friends in the kitchen and do not seem to have any management supervision at all to guarantee timely and correct service. Everyone seems to just be playing around with each other with no thought given to the customers. I had to leave home and go back to the store after realizing their failure to cook the meat thoroughly. They swapped out a fully cooked sandwich but now my girlfriend's food and our fries are cold and the experience was just terrible. I will not be returning to this location."
