"Went through the Drive-thru this morning. Asked for a #4 and to substitute with a Round Egg. What I received was a mess of a sandwich that is not pleasant for anyone to eat!"
"The manager, and employees attitudes were bad. They did not acknowledge me when I pulled up to the mic. I pulled to the window to get looked over, and ignored for 5 minutes. I ordered 3 meals, I asked for ketchup, and was handed only two packs. The burgers were old, the bread was hard, and the cheese was not melted. My Hi-C is super sweet, the fries are very greasy, and hot. There is not a supervisor number posted anywhere. January 18, 2023; 6:40pm."

I’ve called several times for the GM & ive asked for the district managers information because the treatment I saw management giving the younger female employees is terrible! I was at this location one night and heard a manager yelling and cursing at an employee the little girl barely even look 17 and she was in the window just quiet as manger was speaking out of terms to her! Is this how you all run your busines?"

"I ordered a large Carmel frappe the lady was nice at first I told her that the cup was filled too low for a large she said that was a large but you guys might as well buy a small with how much they give you they really are robbing costumers remind you a coffe that is 6$ should be given in total never going back. Lady with red braids and lady with short hair working Monday at 10 am were rude after that I just left didn't bother fighting but this is unacceptable."
