"This McDonald's is a prime example of how and why restaurants go broke, and we as the consumers end up paying more across the board. You can literally go there with 5 to 6 people inside "working", and they won't answer the drive through and have the place locked up riding the clock. It's embarrassing as a Memphian that so many places here don't succeed because of this mindset. Whether it's robbing a Fed Ex truck in daylight in the middle of traffic or swarming a store 50 deep walking out with stuff like it's Katrina. Smdh"

"Please don’t come here if you’re in a rush. Got here at 9:42 & placed a mobile drive through order. Didn’t get to the window till 10:04. Very frustrating & now I’m late for class. I understand things happen, but fast food is supposed to be just that….FAST"

"It’s 7:25 and the inside is already closed. I traveled a good distance to use their restroom. I don’t trust these workers because if you that careless, then I could only imagine how they handle peoples food."

"When l drove up on 12/04/23 the lobby was closed and the line was long. The Ladies inside were wonderful fast and friendly. I received my food in no time. The young gentleman was so nice. Great work from a great team."
