"Horrible service eqates to no service. Will not visit anytime soon. No direction of what to do. You think someone is preparing your drink and they just walk away after giving you your order and asking what drink you ordered, so i think my drink is coming and there is nobody there preparing my drink. I was beginning to think perhaps I can go behind the counter and fix my drink. Young lady just standing there looking around. I finally ask is this were I place my order."

"Nice area and set up but customer service sucks. I was trying to do a call in but I was on hold for 10 minutes and 49 seconds. As I was walking through the door they hung up my call. However there were no customers in the dining area. The service could have been better since they have been around a long time."

"This restaurant is by far my favorite place in Memphis. I travel from Florida just to taste their honey hot wings and caramel cake. I have never had a better tasting cake in my life. I wish they would sell it as a whole cake and overnight it to me because I crave it all throughout the year. I always recommend this place to everyone in Florida!"

"I ordered the Philly cheesesteak without the tomatoes with a side of fried okra. The steak on my sandwich was seasoned perfectly and had a great blend of all the peppers and cheese. The fried okra was also fresh and good just wish it had some type of season to them. My son enjoyed his Boneless hot wings and the fries were fresh and seasoned well also. My brother ordered a burger and he wasn't a big fan he said it needed more seasoning. We will definitely be back to eat here again for they had more options to choose from. The service was slow but the food was good!"
