"Whoever was at the window around 3 goin on 4:O’clock had the best customer service I’ve seen in a while her and her team followed directions as I asked for my food to be crispy which I appreciate bc not everyone take their time to fulfill requests like that as i experienced before I’m only vouching for the shift I spoke of shouts out to y’all."
"First off the only reason why I even drive over is bc they are literally across the St from where I live now and my daughter likes some things from over there, secondly the gigantic pothole in the entrance of the drive thru is extremely annoying, and third the customer service is and has ALWAYS been piss poor . It's not where you work but how you work. Do better Black owned business"
"I’ve been sitting the drive thru since 5:45am and here it is 7:05am and they are saying that they’re not open. Why are y’all 24 hours and not open. And the lady in drive thru saying that they aren’t taking orders. I asked why because I’ve been sitting here. She stated she didn’t care. And walked off. This is very unprofessional."
"I order an Philly cheese sandwich it was all burned This is so sad I order on the other night it was ok but this is my second and last time eating at Dixie Queen"
"I asked for lemon pepper wings and when I tell you, I've never been more disappointed with a fast food restaurant in my life. They put SOOOO MUCH lemon pepper season on it it was like they wanted to make sure I never came back. I mean seriously, look at this. Even the carrots and salary stick were baptized in season. I had to go home and wash it off myself to halfway enjoy my meal. This location don't care at all."
