"Visited here on 7/22/23 between noon and 12:15pm. The person on the intercom was total rude. I asked about the spider whopper for my son and her response was “We don’t got that, what else you want” before I could even finish asking about the whopper . I said okay well can I get the mix and match for $5 . Her which one as if she rushing me to order. Upon arriving at the window there was no greeting or any just $5.46 . If I spending my money whether it’s $1-100 customer service should always be professional. Visited here again 12/29 , MANAGER was very rude and shut the drive thru window before I could even finish telling her sit my gift card."

"Use my coupon 2 chicken sandwiches cold no fries was suppose to get 2. Whopper not something to brag on. Fries cold. Sweet Tea yhe only thing that was good."

"During this past weekend in Memphis, we had the most horrible customer service experience ever. Don't know if she is the manager or just a regular employee, but whoever Laprinta needs more training on her customer service skills. She was very rude and had the nerve to get irritated while taking our order and then taking her time opening the window to receive our payment because she was texting on the phone. It was like the other staff started to do what she was doing, becoming rude as well. We also asked for 2 waters at the first window and pulled up to the 2nd window , just to be told we had to already ask for them at the first window. The 2nd cashier told us we had to pull up and wait. What are we waiting for when Laprinta already was holding the line up being petty. You had folks coming from out of town and to be rude like this is not acceptable. Never know who really works for corporate for your company. Please give Laprinta some more customer service training"
