"I make a point to visit the Herbal Connection at least once every month. Holly's store exudes a warm and supportive atmosphere. Personally, I find immense enjoyment in the sound sessions conducted by Kim. Given my undiagnosed ADHD, achieving relaxation and meditation has always been a challenge for me. However, Kim's guided meditation has been an incredible aid. It's difficult to put into words the transformation I feel afterward. At this stage of life, I'm beginning to prioritize self-care, and I'm truly delighted that this is one of the ways I'm doing so."
