"Love coming in here but I spend more time waiting in line than I spent actually shopping… I get that happens and I’m not saying it has to be immediately I get to check out. However if every single time I come in and I gotta wait almost 15 to 35 whole minutes to check out with nearly four employees at the counter is just ridiculous."

"Sometimes it can be a little chaotic in here, but overall it's a good time. They have a very large variety of beauty and makeup products. They don't really go into larger sizes though, so if you're looking for anything that's like plus size then you may want to try another store. Also there's shoes selection does not go up very high. I wear size 11, and I've never found any shoes for my feet at TJ Maxx. But other than that if you're shopping for someone else give it a try, they do have a lot of children's clothes though."

"Awful management! I tried to return an damaged item today 10/08/23 and even when I was following their policy, the manager sent me to Fedex to return it to the warehouse!!! That’s how you lose business quick, I’ll buy somewhere else! This community deserves better!"

"I was in the store today, 9/19/23. I didn't have the best experience today. I was in between 2 and 220 pm. I walked up to the jewelry counter. I was not greeted by the employee. I walked around to a different side of the counter. She walked to the opposite side. I went to the side closest to the dressing room. She kept her head down. I finally circled the entire counter, ending back where I started. Looking at a necklace on the top shelf. I lingered to see if she would finally acknowledge me or offer assistance. She turned her back to me and went to the back register where she was on the phone. I went to the home section and ended up talking to an employee who was off from work shopping. She told me the jewelry employee name was Josilyn. Rude to customers. I'll come for that necklace when a more professional person is working."
