"I arrived am, West Memphis, AR. I had to asked do I seat myself because waitress didn't seem enthusiastic. The waitress was a little rude in her tone of voice. She didn't address me as sir. She had somewhat the same attitude with other guests.The reason I asked about seating is because the sign was turned around facing inward to the seating not the lobby. When placing my order, she seen to not know that the items i ordered was on the menu (Griddle combo). Bad experience. I always leave a tip but, not this time. The food was great."
"This post is for the AA server with red hair whom acted as if I didn't need to be served after she seated me... So I moved from her area to Amber's area. Amber was great. She treated with respect and was very outgoing."
"I give 5 stars when it’s due! From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by an ihop employee before she knew I was coming to ihop. Everyone was very nice and friendly, the restaurant was very clean! Everyone was eating enjoy their food at their table, food was fast and delicious. I didn’t have to ask for anything from extra napkins were giving, check was brought to table she made her rounds. Excellent service and food! I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the reviews, you have to experience things for your self sometimes."
