"Myself and another customer stood at the register for about 15 mins while the manager and other worker looked at us and never said anything. We had to ask if someone is working the register. She then came over and said, “what do you want?” Whatever happened to I’ll be right with you or Welcome to McDonald’s or… customer courtesy in general? She should not be leading anyone."
"Poor service, Nasty nasty nasty unsafe restrooms the bathroom stall wouldn't even lock. Food was done and sitting in the back in a bag and waited there for 15 min before we got our food and we heard the lady back there saying she doesn't know how to make a coffee to then come tell us their machine is down because she doesn't know how to make the coffee. Then we asked to just have our money refunded and the lady she had to go get didn't know how to do a refund. Do not recommend."
