"I come to this location some mornings on my way to work. Most times my food is hot and fresh using the drive thru usually before 6:40 am. The service is usually quick but depending on who is working the customer service from some of the workers is just handing out your food. I always say thank you and most of the time no response. There is one young lady there some mornings at the first window who has great customer service she smiles and says thank you. I will be sure to ask her name so she can get the proper credit. I use door dash often for lunch too."

"My husband does Uber eats and he was sitting there for 10 minutes and they completely ignored him. He saw a cockroach go across the counter. The manager had AirPods in and they’re on their phone. Please do not eat here. This place is a disgrace."

"The food was amazing as usual but the service was just quite a bit slow .The sundae machine was not working as usual across the mid south pertaining to all of the other MacDonald locations. Sometimes they are extremely over crowded at that location with employees and customers. I do really love the team work energy and atmosphere that management has clearly trained and expects their team to deliver . Also it was reassuring and refreshing to see and witness the restaurant manager… engaged and helping with the floor and customer while all teaching and showing and helping them answer, learn , and complete and correctly follow the restaurant operations, guidelines, customer service, instructions and ultimately professional and very important rules."

"So, I went to this McDonald's on Union. They were not very busy but had about 5-6 orders. I ordered two six pieces of mcnuggets, and I got one six piece of mcrocks and the other filled with Mac sauce. Also ordered a big Mac and quarter pounder on the promo. Both sandwiches were made wrong. The quarter was not supposed to have anything but mayonnaise and cheese. And it was made plain. Also, the Big Mac was ordered the way it comes. My Mac sauce came where my nuggets should have been. The fries were fresh, at least. Do not go to this location. Staff is hateful . Food is always wrong. And you will be waiting a little minute just to have a bad experience. The best part is look at other reviews also the owner and staff don't care. Save your time and money"

"MacD is MacD. A very usual, basic, fast food chain. I stopped by to take a sandwich on the go. The drive through service is not excellent. I had to wait in line, while it was just a few cars only. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was very basic and I felt it a bit dry."
