"I read the negative reviews and I have to disagree about the owner. She has always been very kind to me and she is very sweet natured. I have to admit that they do have a very strict return policy and I have had difficulty returning items but that is their policy. But at one time the owner did allow me to return an item even though it was outside of policy because she felt I deserved my money back. So don't hesitate to shop here. Just know that there is a strict return policy. The prices are so great though and the items are very fashionable so those two things make up for the strict return policy. I wouldn't hesitate the shop here!"
