"Literally worst customer service. Every time I go they miss an item and they have randomly decide to not take orders. 1/20 at 9 decided to not take orders but took the person next to us. They were laughing in the background and saw them smoking while ordering multiple times. Terrible. We go out of our way to avoid this McDonald’s"

"Got there at 12:20 am with 2 mobile orders and was told they disnt have half the stuff for the first order but they had the second order because apparently they close at 12am because of a new owner? The app and google says they are open 24 hours? But then again if they closed at 12 why did they answer us at the speaker at 12:20 am? The food tasted pretty fresh so im wondering why they had such fresh food when they are suppose to be closed? Had to drive down the street to get our other order"

"I walked in and used the touch screen to make my order and put my table number 17 so that they could bring my food when it was ready. As I was looking for a place to sit I noticed that the tables and seats weren’t cleaned properly. After sitting down for a while, wondering where my food is, I walk to the counter to find my food sitting there in a Macdonald’s brown bag, with a ticket on it with a big TABLE 17 on it. Obviously no one bothered to try find my table and bring me my food. The lady up front just said “my bad”. No now my food is a bit cold. The fries were almost white and didn’t taste like fries. The burger was messy with 2 huge uneven meat patties and almost zero veggies (onion, tomatoes etc). I won’t be coming back here."

"If you wanna eat raw meat and have corporate respond to your complaint and say "we hope you give us another try" after they have you food poisoning then def come by here. I wrote corporate to let them know I received a raw burger and not one person from management has reached out. The entire company is sad."
