"Came in and spent a few thousand dollars over the course of a month.rented several bottles from them bought a cutting torch and lots of other supplies.man rented me a raggeddy 16pack oxygen manifold system that only had on end to connect regulator to.99% of them have two workable ends for regulators so when I found out it only had one I had to slow down my job to half speed.come in and ask for a part to make it work.he loaned me a "Y" weeks later he ask for the "Y" I said I still have it the deal was I would borrow it but now he wants to charge me for it.I said u can't at least charge half price on it.I would not have even needed it if your bottle had not of been so raggeddy.he says he will knock $2 off.I said u can keep ur $2 and I won't be back.BAD business.first off charging me for something we said I was only going to borrow.secondly hounding a customer who has spent thousands with you over a $25 part.noy only that it cost me aloy more than $25 because the manifold didnt have two workable ends.and besides i woild have brought the part back like we originally planned.ontop of that they said we had a single bottle of oxygen that we did not turn in.I never rented a single bottle of oxygen.only got manifold systems.ill take my business elsewhere"
