"Just came to a 24 hour location, pull up to order with no answer, pull around to window ask associate if closed and she say no. Then another associate walk up to window and say we ain’t taking no orders lol a whole joke waste of time and gas. As a GM of a store, I can’t understand how people get away with stuff like this. Is there not a district/regional manager that check on locations?"
"We waited in drive-thur for at least 10 minutes. I was told to hold a minute. Why are we holding when no one is in drive-thur. When I go inside one of the managers was eating on the floor. My Order was wrong."
"They really need to train their teams in customer service, and its awful that a lot if these fast food places are more concern with the timer your vehicle is sitting on, not because of you, but because of them, so the give fast and horrible service, not fast, let me make a correction, fast move you off that timer, move you to the window to wait."
"My family and I visit McDonald's a lot at a few locations mostly as well as use door dash. Most of the time the food is correct hot and fresh. When ordering via drive thru the service is sometimes good and sometimes just handing the bag and drinks out the window. No thank you or your welcome if I say thank you. There's always room for improvement. 4 stars across the board to be fair"
