"This Starbucks is really deteriorating. It is a very filthy environment with not even functioning power outlets. That defeats the whole purpose of coming to a place like this. Not only that but the staff members locked the doors to prevent any customers from entering because they were supposedly understaffed. It is a very understandable situation but I don’t think that’s right on the managers end to have these employees over worked. This place needs some serious change in direction."

"We went to the drive thru around 3:45 pm we knew it would be busy but when we got to the window we were informed that they were short staffed to please hold the young man came back asked for our order when we placed it then we were told that they didn’t have Carmel or mocha for the order we placed he even said that they were out of stock of the stuff to make Frappuccinos with then we had to wait in line to leave because we couldn’t get out off the drive thru."

"Today I went for some coffee and Mr. Logan, a worker, took my order and never gave it to me. More than 25 minutes passed and another person attended to me and gave me the coffee. When I asked him for it, he looked at me and didn't say anything, these types of people just ignored me. they give a bad image to the brand"

"I know Starbucks is busy right now due to saddle creeks power outage. But it’s been 45 minutes and I still haven’t received my coffee this is unreasonable. About to get a refund because I don’t want the coffee anymore and will take my business else where."

"Why?! The generous reviews here? This Starbucks is too slow on mobile orders. Why bother ordering ahead? They seem more focused on their drive thru orders. You don’t get the mobile any more quickly. At least I have always ended up waiting longer. They won’t call out the mobile order’s names either. Inefficient bunch of young workers here. Additionally, since the pandemic has changed everything, you have to ask for every single thing. For instance, like if you wanted half and half, maybe a wooden stir stick, a green drink stopper and so on. Tell me they’re saving money! BS. Dumb corp. ideas. Starbucks has gone way down hill. Especially in their poor customer services. And it’s expensive for what you get. A lukewarm Hot Americano. They’re afraid they’re gonna burn their little fingers."
