"April Means terrible experience, Took my time ordering matching bras and panties right!! Had 19 items delivered to this store. When I arrive the lady give me 3 bags. I told her there has to be more, she claims thats all she seen. Showed very little concern about checking for my items. So to carry on with my next appointment don't have time to check so I leave. Get home only 6 items. Call customer service, this lady took my information. Asked for each order number for item I had AND STILL seemed confused. She told me call them about my missing items tomorrow, then oh I can send it to another department and oh I can file a complaint. Beyond frustrated Never ever ever will I have anything delivered here."
