"Order never came - person at register did not provide simple drip coffee - after inquiring made some drink that was not ours. Then told would have to brew coffee. Asked for manager and new employee not aware if there was one. In all my Starbucks ventures worst one - no one knows what is going on in store"

"Terrible! Always get my coffee incorrect and always get it wrong on their attempt to correct it. under employed at this location. Takes 30 plus minutes to get your drink in the morning even with online orders they are slow. I wouldn’t not suggest ordering here even in drive through. This location is smaller and there is no quiet space to sit. All Spaces are out on the open and it’s always loud."

"Very good. Grabbed an iced americano with a friend today to catch up. This was my first time at this location. The map shows the store located at an old store’s location. It’s in front of the White Station Towers on Poplar next to Casablanca Restaurant. Great service and atmosphere."

"This is one of the newest Starbucks in the area as of 2022 and it’s functional. Operations can be slightly slower during peak hours but that’s less surprising at Starbucks locations that also have drive-throughs. Outdoor seating area is neat and usable. Indoor vibe is chill. Their Spotify playlist is quite good and not very loud. Coffee and pastries are standard quality. Plenty of parking next to the Starbucks. A couple of lanes for drive-through that doesn’t block the right lane of the road. Starbucks merch. is also available. Overall, one of the top 5 locations in Memphis."
