"I am working in the area so i have to wat here closest mcdonalds near the job everytime i go my order is wrong and this last time i came by i got a meal with a large coffee obviously the coffee is an upcharge for it being large but you know what they did they said you know what we will put down water fir the the drink and charge you a whole other 3 dollars for that coffee you want horrible place practically robbed me"

"I went through the drive thru I ordered my food and ordered a large iced caramel frappe the lady repeated the order and said large iced caramel coffee in which I said yes because at a different location that is what they called their frappe. I got to the pickup window and noticed my drink wasn’t iced but had ice in it and I told the guy at the pickup window I wanted an iced caramel frappe he then stated they didn’t carry those so I asked since when?! Then he stated he would have to charge me for the drink since I didn’t pay for the drink so I was ok with whatever the extra charge was for the frappe from the original large caramel coffee with ice in it. Another lady came to the window and charged me for the drink in total so I was overcharged by almost 3 dollars. I then called the phone number at the bottom of the receipt that asked how did we do today? No answer went to a personal voicemail, then called the store with no answer. Get it right people!! And if you want to be rude sit at home! People don’t have time to drive all the way back to your location when you mess up!"

"Atrociously long wait at the window. Lady was rude and short at the window didn't apologize for the wait. They got our order wrong we asked for 2 large sprites we got 2 large fries."

"I reached out to McDonalds customer service about my experience at this location because I didn’t want to leave a negative review without trying to contact McDonald’s first. They emailed me back on October 16 saying “We take your comments very seriously and because we are a franchised organization, we have immediately forwarded them to the franchise owner of the restaurant you visited. We are certain that the experience you described will be fully investigated and the appropriate action taken.” I still haven’t heard anything from this location. As you can see from the photos I attached, my chicken sandwich had a huge spot of mold on the top of the bun. If this is the kind of obvious thing they’re giving to customers, imagine what they’re giving customers you can’t see just by opening your food container. This is the only negative experience I’ve had at this location, but it’s so careless I’m not sure I would go back."
