"Receipt states that customers can return any items within 30 days. It’s not posted in the store that men underclothes cannot be returned. The person on duty at the time was very unprofessional in handling a simple situation and did not know corporate number. Items states on advertising that the items was my size but when I opened the package not even a new born could fit it. They should stop selling men underclothing immediately. It’s not the point about getting my money back it’s the professionalism to me. You should have signs stating you do not accept returns on underclothing instead of stating on receipt that all items can be returned. I’m filing with BBB next. Thanks."
