"I got a matching anklet with my friend for her birthday and mine fell off in 3 days. Would not recommend this permanent jewelry to anyone. They claim about having durable products however this is not the case. And to top it all off they did not provide any kind of adequate solution for what happened. Again I would not recommend their “permanent” jewelry. I had it adjusted with slack still in it and there could have been an issue with it being re-welded on. When having an anklet on your foot you are not going to feel/notice it falling off so you expect it to be more durable than falling off after 3 days. I would just hope for some more understanding and help that I felt was lacking."
