"I want so badly to love this place. The employees are always friendly, the service is fast, and the prices are reasonable, especially compared to Starbucks. And on a good day the coffee is better than Starbucks, whose drinks have begun to taste more and more artificial. The only problem is product consistency. I usually get hot coffee and snackin bacon. Sometimes the coffee is excellent, and sometimes it's watered down. Sometimes the bacon is perfectly crispy and seasoned with the sweet pepper seasoning-- and sometimes it's plain greasy bacon. I just hate spending money not knowing what I'm going to get."
