"We waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone came to the counter to assist us. My food was already on the rack when I arrived, so it was barely warm, when I received it."

"Door dash delivery driver never delivered my pizza and claimed it was delivered. I went to the store location to register my complaint. You can imagine I was very hangry when my food didn't get delivered. The general manager wasted no time in remaking my order with out me having to ask. I was treated with respect and understanding. Thank you for the excellence in service. I'll probably opt to pick up my pizza for now on. Not because I'm worried about my food not being delivered, but for the excellence in service."

"I ordered a small pizza from this location and they refused to make my order because they believe I have an attitude about being served that I don't have. I said to pharmacy technician in 2020 "you're just mad because you have to serve me. " I didn't mean that I thought she had to serve me. I was referring to the fact that she had to treat me like everyone else. I actually do not believe any human is made to serve any other human but people who want to look justified in bullying me because of how I look always try to find a legitimate reason to hide behind. Oh by the way, what I said in 2020 was said to a white woman (and I am also white Latina) so no. It's not about racism either. I will not bother this location with my money ever again."

"Ordered online and did not receive one of my items. I called the place 3 times and no one picked up the phone. My pizza that did arrive was Nasty and COLD! Save your money and choose another location."

"I order here all the time under my husbands profile. The last two times have been bad. The manager here is amazing might I add. I just got a delivery and 2 items were missing this time. The pizza that I bought with the code that was given to me from the last occasion and cinnamon rolls with my hunt rewards. I had to call in to remind the crew member to have door dash get my food. When I got it was cold and as I stated items were missing. Also there wasn’t a delivery seal sticker on the box. I don’t usually have this experience but these last two times have been a mess. I hope my issue can be resolved."
