"The customer service here is so terrible. It’s hard to put into words. Me and my family weren’t even acknowledged with no customers in the building on a Monday at 4pm. I was rushed and had to keep reiterating that I wanted a salad with my pizza. Like I said, we were the only people in the place. Memphis establishments gotta do better. Also, the tables and floors are ALWAYS sticky here."
"While I understand prices have increased for every restaurant, all over the city, the price increase at pyro's has been a bit much! We got two individual pizzas, a salad, and two drinks. It was almost 50 bucks! It doesn't make any sense, but like I said I know the prices of things have gone up. You would think that maybe the customer service wouldn't be so bad with prices like that, but the customer service was kind of off today. The young man who initially served us he was great, the young lady who took over for him, not so great. She seemed annoyed about the toppings that we were asking to be put on our pizza and in our salad, like that's what pyros is about! You put what you want on the pizza, but to seem annoyed was a bit much! Anyway I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, just because of the customer service. The prices I understand, but the customer service I don't!"
"Curbside pickup is not actually curbside. I waited outside for 20 minutes. What's the point of asking for the make and model of my car and saying when I'm there if you won't bring it outside? The pizza was somehow burned and cold at the same time, with way too much bleu cheese. Inedible."
"Absolutely HORRIBLE experience just now. I can't even tell you how long I waited on my pizza. I'm sitting there with the little buzzer they gave me when I noticed the lady behind me received her pizza while I was still waiting. So the young lady who took my order comes over and asks what I'm waiting for. I hand her the buzzer. She proceeds to go through the receipts and then asks if I had a meat lovers? I replied no the man in front of me did. She then gets a piece of paper and asks what was on my pizza so that it can be remade. I inform her to just give me a refund. She replies you don't want another one. NO MAAM I've waited way to long and don't want to wait anymore. She then asks if I have a receipt. I inform her you didn't give me one. She replies she can find it. After a couple more minutes she comes and hands me cash. I asks can it not go on my card? She replies yes however it will take a few days. There was never an apology or recognition of the fact my pizza was given to someone else. She just walked off. This is completely unacceptable and poor customer service. I will not be back!!"
"Tried this brick oven pizza place for the first time, and I was impressed! I choose to build my own pizzas, but they also have a menu you can choose from as well. I made three different pizzas, and each one was good. A couple of things I would say is I would've like to of known my choices so if they had labels up it would have made it so much easier to know what my options were, and also I felt very rushed from the employees running the line. Other than that amazing pizza!!"
