"Christmas day. Shift change. Slow service. Hair in my waffle. A customer reminded me that it was Christmas. I quietly paid for my food after my 6 year old tipped the server."

"Our waitress’s was absolutely fantastic. My wife thought she was the bees knees! I haven’t been to a Waffle House in probably 15 years, and the food was just how I remember it. Brought back a lot of good memories. It wasn’t nearly as crowded as I remember it, but that’s probably just the time of day when we went. Overall, I loved it and would highly recommend it!"

I stood and waited patiently to order which never happened, the employees (two white women greeted me but never took my order and walked away never returning, then one African American woman walked up completely acted as if I wasn’t there and proceeded to ask the person behind me if they were placing a to go order) here clearly need customer service training."

"I have not been to a waffle house in over 20 yrs for sure! I went out with my good friend and her most excellent child and this is where they chose. I was am not much on traditional breakfast foods, though splurged and had a waffle as a late night desert. I will say the place was clean and the staff was most friendly. Keri and Kaitlyn enjoyed their meal and the jukebox playing was nice. I had a nice evening out with friends and as far as quick and affordable diner food goes it is a great destination."
