"Charged me 18.00 for a flat they didn't fix. Bought two new tires and they charged me 40.00 for mounting and balancing. Added a 31.00 road hazard I didn't want. When I questioned the guy who charged me about taking the charges off he said his manager wasn't there so he couldn't fix it. I hope the Extra little pay helps who ever gets it. Two 124.00 tires cost me 388.85."

"This particular Gateway has a professional and very helpful crew. I was able to speak with the front desk, the technicians, and even deal with them over the phone. Each time was pleasant, informative, and the quality of the service commands you to come back. It makes you almost not want to risk taking your car somewhere else. Example, I had an alignment done on my car at another shop only to find out from Gateway that my rim was bent. I went back to the other shop and ask them did they know. And I mean this was days after I find that they didn’t align my car properly. So yeah, never again. Plus I love the fact Gateway is open on Saturdays so a working man like me can have an off day option to tend to my vehicles without burning PTO. It’s convenient and nobody else will be doing my brakes and tires after these last 2 experiences. I’m that pleased and that confident that I’ve found the best staff to handle my needs."

"They made buying tires painless and quick, were very friendly, and priced reasonably. I waited for my vehicle and was able to listen to staff interact with other patrons, and every interaction was professional, and patient with questions and concerns. The manager, who from conversations heard, is new to the position, is a smart cookie and had a good handle on everything going on in the store. The techs all sounded very competent, and I grew up around mechanics. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for future service needs."
