"Okay, so this place may not have the variety of products that a Lowe's or a Home Depot would have so that can be hard if you need something really specific. BUT, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! I know they watched me go up and down a few aisles knowing and realized I didn't know where I was going. Not only did they offer help, they literally walked my right to where it was and helped me pick our specifically what I needed. Then I was confident I knew what else I was getting (I didn't) they happily helped me yet again! The store is clean, organized, and well-stocked for it's size. If this place was closer to my home, I'd frequent it more often. Ace really is the place with the helpful hardware folks!"
