Papa Johns Pizza

"So I placed an order for delivery. I will say they beat the estimated delivery time. However that means little if you forget items in the order. They also use DoorDash to deliver, and my items were handed to me through a car window, never being placed in a thermal delivery bag. So by the time I got it open to eat, it’s all mostly cold. I called twice and was hung up on twice. Not worth my time or energy right now to try a third time. Just won’t order from here again."

"DO NOT order through a delivery service! I ordered lunch - papadia bundle and cinnamon pull apart. I did not receive my soda or dipping sauce. I was told by the Uber Eats driver that this Papa John’s location leaves people’s items off their orders all the time. I called the restaurant and spent my entire lunch on hold listening to their recording… I never got to speak to anyone. So in essence, I just spent $30 on a $7 papadia and a $5 box of cinnamon bites…"

"The worst customer service I ordered online and they never got it and I was still charged. When I called with the confirmation number they said they couldn’t look up my confirmation numbers I had to call customer service and go through a whole hour of an ordeal just to cancel the order so I didn’t get charged. Delivery online is a joke."

"I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and Italian sausage. I was delivered a cold sausage pizza and when I called the store Dewayne said there would be a 27 minute hold and put me on hold before I could even reply! I can't eat the red sauce so that $33 down the drain!"
