"I just rented a laptop from here and the keyboard had a problem with it. I wanted to fix it myself but figured since they would do so for free I may as well take advantage of it. It was a released item. They said it would be a week when I would get it back, that was two weeks ago. I get this stuff takes time and I'm being as patient as I can be but I don't like being told a time frame only to have it be broken later, if it was a day or two after I'd be cool with it but two weeks so far? They've also given me little information other than "We get shipments on Wednesday" uh why only on Wednesday? Why not twice a week? I'm pretty upset. Addendum: So it was not their fault per say it was whoever was repairing the laptop. Although I wish they would of communicated this with me sooner, it's not fair to rate them on the actions of another company. They exchanged the same model, at the same rate for me. Thanks Aaron's for fixing my problem!"
"Dustin is the nicest, most accommodating employee in that store. The others are certainly sweet and very personable, but for some reason I gravitate towards Dustin. Good peoples."
"I really love Dustin, the other male manager whom I think is Keith, the female manager that works in there I think her name starts with a C. The management of this store courteous, friendly. I catch myself talking about 30 minutes to then after making payments, because they're that friendly. Every last one of them are very kind, but Dustin has really been kind to my family, especially when I needed to replace my daughters television and works with me or my boyfriend when I'm going to be late on payments. Dustin and Keith (I think) makes me laugh talking about their military experience and was much help and comfort when my son went to the Army and got hurt. Chandar, Keith, and Dustin are very good managers. If they get bad reviews, then I can tell that they haven't really gotten to know them. All of their staff is very kind and will work with you if your late or short, even the delivery drivers are kind. The delivery drivers know those products well and are good for advice. The store is always clean. The company would be much better if we could leave voicemails to keep them informed of phone number changes and other issues, but I still love Aaron's and will continue to do business with them. I only wish they'd bring back dinette sets with the traditional china cabinets. They just have nicer products than the other stores and are more kind and patient than Rent A Center. I told Rent a Center to hurry up and come get their products about 7 years ago, because the lady was very rude and couldn't wait till the next day after my payment was due to get paid. I went right to Aaron's and that's where I'm staying."
"We are purchasing a dryer from here. We have not had the dryer but a few months a new one not used it stopped getting hot last Monday we are still without a working dryer. People get these things for a reason not to be sitting here without a dryer that we are paying for. You would think they would fix these things sooner we were told it would be 2 weeks before someone can look at it. Now we sit wait and hope they have the part to fix it in stock so we don’t have to wait 4 weeks"
