"By far, the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The lobby was full of people waiting on orders made at the kiosk but multiple cars came and went through the drive thru while waiting for the 20+ minutes for the first order to be filled inside. There were two employees working and the order came out wrong. Didn’t waste the time of getting it corrected due to the amount of people still waiting on their orders to be filled. The drinks on the kiosk are not all available at the fountain. As we were leaving, we had to unlock the door to even get out of the restaurant. We will never be back to this location!!!"

"If I could choose 0 I would. I placed my order at the kiosk & paid, waited 20 mins then asked about my order. I was told we're behind, I said "it looks like all the orders are going to the drive through (which I counted 6 cars get their orders after I had placed mine. When I asked again, I was told soon. I asked for my money back & walked out."

"I'm the only one in line, with only 5 people in the entire place. I see the people behind the counter working. Finally one of them asks me, "Do you want to order?" I said yes, I would. They still would not come and take my order. I finally got some ice in my mug and walked out. How Taco Bell corporate allows this ridiculous behavior is almost unbelievable to me. Almost, because I think I know exactly the motivations here. I will probably try to contact corporate, but don't expect much to change. I give fair reviews...avoid this place."

"The food was great. However, we waited in line for 30 minutes…and as soon as we got to the window the person taking the order was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Then, we get up to the window and they were rude there too. Every time I have been to this Taco Bell the mannerism and service of the employees have been awful. Good thing Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant in general because if that was not the case..I would not be back."
