"I asked for an extra toasted grilled cheese and it had no cheese and it was still just colored bread, not toasted. They replaced it with a double cheeseburger and I paid the additional added charge but you could tell it was microwaved. The CarHop was awesome but they need a new cook!"

"It never fails, the always just started cleaning their ice cream machine right before I ordered! This is not a one time thing, it is every single time! Perfect example, it is 8:40pm and it is ice cream machine cleaning time!"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely terrible. Waited 30 minutes to get a drink before work and never got it…. A DRINK. They never fail to have you sitting there for at least 30 minutes for anything. On top of it you never know which stall is working so you just have to pull into 3 different ones to find a working one. At least half of them do not work. Their service is just terrible."
