"I will never order from Burger King again. We made a $30 order and waited over an hour for our food. On the app it told me the delivery was being made by a Jessica, but she never came. I spoke to her and she didn't even know about our order. Then I call burger King and she, the manager, told me they handed my food out a long time ago. She said she has no control over the deliveries or the money. Then all of a sudden my app changed and then a Heather was delivering. We got the food this time., But it was so awful we couldn't eat it. The loaded croissantwich was cold, the crispy crowns were greasy and cold and the double sausage biscuit was cold. I believe they made our order, got busy, set it aside and forgot it. When I called them the manager probably remembered about the order. I will never go back. I worked in fast food before, I know you get busy, but you don't serve cold, greasy food to people."

"Cautious when making a mobile order. I placed a mobile order for a whopper combo. Arrived and they said they didn’t have any meat products. I asked for them to cancel the order since I wasn’t interested in fried chicken items. Was told they wouldn’t “check me in” so I wouldn’t be charged. False. Still got charged. This happen two weeks ago."

"The last couple of times we've been there, the food sucked. They took a pre-made burger patty and made our burgers so everything was cold. The cheese was not melted and the bun was cold. We've ate there several times before and it wasn't this bad, in fact we love the 2 for 10 dollars deals. I don't know what they are doing differently but they need to stop and get back to how they used to do things!"
