McDonald's 106 Highway 641 North, Camden, TN 38320

"I stop here every day I work for a coffee . Monday thru Friday I usually have no issues with the service , however , it's this 1 manager that has a bad attitude and doesn't serve my coffee stirred with my condiments and sometimes it's even cold . This morning (Christmas eve) was the worse attitude I've seen ! She wouldn't even look my way , just angrily looked the other way and waited for me to take my coffee . She never said a word before closing the window . My fellow Co worker was behind me in line and said she was just as rude to him as well , he unfortunately had to wave her back because she didn't give him a straw with his drink and said she practically threw it at him ! This woman has no business working in customer service especially as a manager ."

"Went here yesterday for lunch and order on the app to make things faster. I get a thirty minute lunch break. I sat in the curbside stall for ten minutes before getting fed up seeing new people pull up get their food and leave before going inside. Upon going side I found out that they had no record of my order but I had been charged for the order. I have contacted corporate and they decided they don’t have the authority to grant a refund. I will NOT be going back to this store until at the very least I get my money back."

"They insist on you taking a receipt from them even if you don’t want one so and then I asked for the manager manager said oh yeah because they’ll get in trouble so an employee is gonna get in trouble. If a customer says I don’t want that receipt so it is not the same theory if I ordered a hamburger with no pickles they’re gonna put pickles on it still because well they know better, that is the worst customer service I’ve ever had I talked to the manager and I said you know the customer is always right your employee says hey customer said I don’t want my receipt why are they getting in trouble? They didn’t want pickles on their hamburger they don’t want onions on their hamburger. You guys still put them on there that’s the question I have because I Manager told me no the customers not always right they don’t always know what they want. I will never ever go to McDonald’s again. I’ve been going there every day for my lunch. On my way to work for the last seven months and they can bite me."

"Great grandson had a good time playing Joined an ongoing birthday party, sang happy birthday song. Gave his toy from his happy meal as a gift. Was rewarded with a big piece of cake His name is Benjamin Charles Tucker."

"Went last week all week the expresso machine was down. Ordered 5 orders on mobile app with the expresso shots in the drinks. Went in yesterday morning got one of five orders replaced, because they said come back through and get them. Came this morning to get the next one they said they would replace and the manager that was there yesterday and this morning was rude said she replaced the order yesterday and we had to pay for it this morning. I said no I have the receipts for the times they told us to come back and that we had proof on the mobile app that we had ordered them. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald's in Camden or I would go somewhere else. I am upset that they continue to tell people to come back knowing that they are not going to replace the orders for people!"
