"If I could give zero stars, I would. We placed our order in September, and got part of our order around Sept. 22. Great! We would all have our matching shirts the day of our first competition. Wrong. They forgot three shirts and a hoodie. Also when I was unpacking the box, I noticed that one of our hoodies was burned! They took it back and replaced it (thank goodness.) Later, when I washed my zip up, the vinyl words came off in my washer. The jackets had not been pressed at the proper temperature. Another trip back. This also happened to another team mate, who also had to take hers back. Months later, after calling multiple times, and texting the owner (from which I got no reply, even though she used her number to text me that my order was "ready" previously) I finally got tired of team mates asking when their paid for items would be handed out, I called them again. Finally, our hats are done. Three months after we placed the order."

They are patient with my children while they pick out their colors and fonts for backpacks, lunchboxes and t-shirts. And when we want to try something new or fresh with our work scrubs they have great ideas. They tweak and change colors to our logo without any complaints and we love going in to visit their store!"
