"Update 2: I wore a jacket today so was more comfortable. The service here is the best! Update: still the best pizza but they keep it so cold in the restaurant we have to bring blankets to be comfortable! Management please turn the air down so your customers can wear regular clothes to eat dinner!!!! ........ This restaurant has some of the best pizza in Jonesboro. Their white pizza sauce is to die for and they use it as their ranch dressing. I recently went and ordered a salad trying to stay away from the bread and I have to say the salad was incredible he was filled with ingredients very filling and very fresh. I highly recommend Upper Crust Pizza."

"I'm not a big fan of the pizza here although others I go with enjoy it. I like some of their appetizers like the chips and dip. It's a nice venue for live music and they have a nice bar area on the inside too. Good for group gatherings and if you like pizza, it's probably good for you."

"This place just did not live up to the hype for me. The crust did not seem very thin or hand made and the pizza did seem like they were cooked in a brick oven. The calzone was somewhat bland but otherwise OK. The supreme pizza had very very little sauce on it. There were a good amount of toppings and a nice crispy crust. The plain cheese pizza was the best of the items we ordered. Plenty of sauce and good flavor. All in all just not a great experience. The restaurant was very nice clean expect for a bucket sitting next to the bar catching a very large amount of condensation from the AC unit, we were set right near it. The staff was great, our server was very attentive and helpful. So over all an OK place to eat but just didn't really cut it for my family and I."
