"Took forever to get our food. I watched 3 cars who had pulled in after us get their order before ours, and we didn't have a large order. I asked for lots of ketchup and got 2 packs. They forgot the honey mustard for our popcorn chicken. The tater tots were soggy and not fresh. The bread on the BLT toaster was a texture that I can't even describe. I was like it was left over from the night before and reheated. A terrible experience. I have also had bad experiences with door dash with this particular restaurant. They always leave out something or get something wrong."

"Fast and friendly service!! Easy to get a quick drink and go! They also offer “pup-cups” for pet friendly customers! I love taking my dog with me when I go here, she is always very pleased!"

"Extremely hit and miss. More miss than hit. It used be good every time but, recently my orders will come out wrong and/or cold, milkshakes are half mixed and no colder than a soft drink, the last time I got one of the brownie chunk blasts it had reeses pieces in it which could have been disastrous if it had been someone who is allergic to peanuts."

"Slow service and order is usually wrong. Today 11/16/2016, when we went the food came out rather quickly and we thought there was no way the order was going to be correct. Checked all the bags and for the first time since moving here the order was correct. Got home, started eating, and I got half way done with my burger and realized it was not cook all the way through. Wife inspected hers and it was the same. We checked the other two that the kids were eating and they were pink as well. Ordered four burgers and none of them were done. That explains why we got our food so quickly. Gross, will not be going back here. Update: 7/23/2017 Decided to give them another try. The burger for my son was raw, my strawbery banana master shake had a 3 inch piece of banana in it, and ordering was about as fun as a root canal. Really ridiculous. I can't believe Sonic allows this place to stay open."
