"I would give zero stars if I could. Boy behind the counter told me they had a part in stock at the store but he “did not know where it was, and it would take a long time for him to find it.” He did not offer to check to see if it was at another store. Absolutely horrible customer service. Store was closed during posted operating hours when I returned to give back a loaner tool the following day. Don’t waste your time here."

"I will admit that I don't go to very many auto parts stores and this was my first trip to O'Reilly. I needed some fuses for my car. I don't know if this a typical experience, but my time here was perfect. I walked in, they said hello and I went to get what I needed. No one hounded me and no one said, "Are you sure this is what you need?" I took the time I needed to double check that it *was* what I needed and went to pay. The people that did need help while I was there were helped in a friendly and professional way. The store is very well stocked. The section and aisle I needed was especially so - almost all the slots and spaces were filled with correct merchandise. I didn't see any of the tricks some places use to make a store seem better stocked than it actually is. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I will go back if I need anything else for my car."

"Bought rotors gave me the wrong ones,then said they had to get them from Nashville waited 3 hours and Nashville sent wrong ones. Oh then they checked the computer for right parts only to find out they were in stock. Customer service and knowledge is key to have returning customers I did not receive !"

"Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Need to scan a code for my car and the guy was only one there but show me how to use the machine and was able to retrieve my code for my Buick."
