"This place is dishonest, avoid it at all cost. I was told they were replacing spark plugs with “the good platinum plugs” which is why I was charged extra. Well, just had another spark plug fail and turns out they just put regular AC Delco plugs in. Dishonest, beware!"
"Horrible horrible customer service and overall business period! My husband's truck sat there for a week and never could find out anything. They never answer a phone and never give you a call back as they say. When you finally reach the lady who speaks with you over the phone she constantly contradicts herself and can't keep her story straight on why it hasn't been checked nor why they don't answer the phone. I do not recommend this business and never will."
"I was on vacation from Michigan with my family and our van broke down. We limped it to Advanced Transmission because it was the closest thing we could get to. Well, someone was definitely looking out for my family because the people at Advanced Transmission were the most kind people to deal with. They took time out of their busy day to take a look at my van and found out quickly that it was a minor issue, fixed it, and sent us on our way. If you’re broke down almost 1,000 miles from home, pray you get to deal with someone like the people at Advanced Transmission. Google doesn’t have enough stars to give them a proper rating."
