Making people fear for their safety to try and work to make a living. Very unprofessional Starbucks. Employees that come to do their job, get written up because they had to leave because they were being ganged up on feeling unsafe and threatened by the trash that works there."

"Imagine spending 17$ on a decaf latte for it to be a regular espresso latte because the staff here could care less. I work right next door and I come here A LOT and it seems impossible for them to hit a simple button that says DECAF. It really can't be that hard, I am just convinced they just don't care. This is at least the 4th time this has happened to me and I am done giving them anymore chances."

"I love Starbucks and this one is my favorite Starbucks in the Nashville area. The staff are always amazingly attentive and polite. This specific Starbucks has never ever gotten my drink wrong in the years I have been coming here. There is a nice table here which is ideal for studying."

"It was a little tricky pulling off the main road but totally worth it. When I went inside to order, I was greeted by everyone on the team during my time in line, which really made me feel welcomed. You could tell by the parking lot they are busy and there was no one standing around talking, the whole team was working to turn out orders in a very timely manner. The inside was very clean and well stocked. The tables outside were comfortable and looked well maintained as well. I would def go back if I was in the area and recommend others check it out. My drink tasted excellent - thanks to the staff for a job well done."
