Bestway Rent To Own

"Please tell why the bestway in Madison has a white ex police officer who is racist and don't belong in a black neighborhood how do we as people support people like him since he been there the store is going down and it look awful. This man took money off the card without my permission and made late with my other bills I pay bestway one week and my husband pay with another card another week so why would you mess with customers who pay on time for 15 years Today my husband and I went to Bestway to get our refund for not getting our refrigerator, washer and dryer. Scott Rivers is the manager at this store he showed my husband and I how unprofessional and racist he is if it wasn't for the young white lady Scott was going to call the police because he did not follow through with the delivery. We have been with Bestway for 15 years, we have never been late or had any of our furniture picked up, but today Scott showed my husband and I that honest people who pay their bill our not welcome in his store. Bestway in Madison is not a match for Scott, he needs to know how to deal with people of color instead of judging and calling the police on one of your best customers please find a new manager or we have to go to Rent-a-center or Arons we run a business taking care of handicapped people through the state and Scott showed neglect toward our special people today. Thank You"

"Although the staff is really nice, they have no idea what they are doing. I went into the store and ordered a bedroom suit for myself and my child. I went through the order book and picked out to nice but affordable sets. On delivery day, they came out with the wrong bed for myself. I ordered a king they sent a Queen I ordered an specific Ashley set and they sent something totally different. Okay I understand that mistakes happen so I was cool about it. The next day I went into the store and was told that the wrong item was ordered so I picked out another bed (only a bed) in a queen and settled for that! They came back out and set the bed up. They also brought a TV I ordered LG 55 in 4K Smart TV. Well when I got home after work I realized they didn’t leave a remote so I wasn’t unable to connect the TV to WiFi. This was Christmas Eve. So I waited until the 26th to go to the store and get the remote. Once I got back home I turned the TV on and realized I didn’t even have an LG TV but another brand I’ve never heard of and the remote wouldn’t even work because it was an LG remote. I called the store to explain yet another issue. I was told to come back to the store so all issues can be addressed. I live in Antioch they are in Madison. So today I will be at the store and see what comes of this. I’m about ready to give them all their stuff back!"
