"Was profiled by a store associate upon entering the door. She told me I needed to leave my bag behind the counter. I let her know that it was my babies diaper bag and I wasn’t giving it to her. She stated that was policy and I didn’t agree so I left!"
"My Friend and I was in Nashville and decided to stop @ Citi Trends before we left coming back Home and found everything that we were looking for. The Employee that waited on Us was very Hospitable."
"Nice place got a nice outfit there for not a lot of money. The staff is friendly and helpful not pushy they just let you go through the store not watching you like your going to steal something they just let you pick out what you like. It was a good shopping experience I will definitely go back there"
"They were bare last time I went. Waiting for a truck to come in. Always short handed. Also, they've had registers down for over a week. Making them only have one cashier and looong lines. Plus the store is always a mess clothes thrown everywhere, shoes everywhere, they need more people to do the work. I over heard someone say that they have to fix the registers themselves when the parts arrive. Like, I guess you have to be an IT person to work there. Sounds like the company doesn't care at all as long as they can get your money."
