"This Taco Bell in Springfield TN is by far the worst Taco Bell I have EVER visited in my lifetime. The staff is all busy chatting among themselves in the parking lot and back in the back of the kitchen somewhere. Someone finally came to take our order. There was nobody else in the dining room to prepare food for and they didn't start preparing our food til my husband finally went back up there to ask about our order. My chips were OLD and tasted like cold grease. When I asked the manager when they were cooked she said this morning. I said well its after 1:00 can I please get some fresh chips? The food is often served cold at this location. Some of the sodas were out. There was a big pile of trash in the first parking space closest to the entrance. A few employees were hanging out by a vehicle with the car doors hanging open so we had to park across the lot further away from the entrance even though no other customers were parked there. We won't go back to this Taco Bell location ever again."

"Terribly slow in the dining room, out of certain drinks, not clean inside, seemed to only be focused on drive-through (drive-through timer) Update, tried to give them a second chance, they still got the order wrong, terrible experience and they refused to do anything to make it right like replacement of the order. I even spoke with the area manager with no resolve in sight. Truly the worst restaurant chain ever all the way to upper management. Probably will never be eating here ever again as it is constantly the worst restaurant experience this town has to offer"

"With today's fast food workers, I don't expect much from them let alone the quality of the food in general. I just expect to have something edible. Walked into this "restaurant" expecting the same. I didn't get even close to it. First sign I should've kept driving, no customers in the dining area. Had issues with the kiosk so told the family "let's just do it the old fashion way and order with a person. Stood in front of the cash register for 10 straight minutes and never saw a soul. Went back to the kiosk and had the wife order. Got the food and realized everything was cold. The manager said all the vegetables were frozen. I took one bite out of my burrito and threw $34 worth of food away. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!"

"Taco Bell is always busy. I don't care where you are, there's a Taco Bell, and it's busy. I gotta give a hand to these employees, but I would never work there. We went thru the driveway, and thank goodness we checked our sack because they got the order wrong. They happily fixed the mistake and apologized. To the owners of Taco Bell franchises.... you've got to be losing profit from all the packets of sauces your employees happily throw in customers sacks. Seriously, I literally have a drawer full in my kitchen. The prices have gone up quit a bit in the last years. Ya might wanna check where YOU ARE WASTING MONEY INSTEAD OF UP CHARGING CUSTOMERS."
